I grew up in a small town in Kansas where working hard was a way of life. People had kids, full-time jobs, spouses, households, farms, and so many other titles and responsibilities. It takes a lot of energy to maintain that type of lifestyle, and I wanted to make an impact on those life hustlers. What does a pack mule do? They carry the load. They take on the extra responsibility of what others need. They're also stubborn in completing their mission and will push until the job is done. Thus, the name Pack Mule Fitness & Wellness was born. Whether you're running kids to practice, making dinner, putting away laundry, landing a new client, setting up for a birthday party...I see you. I appreciate you. I offer you the strength of a pack mule to keep going in a healthy way with skills in nutrition and movement to make the most out of all your events.

My journey into the realm of fitness and nutrition wasn't always a straight path. Like many, I started out as an ordinary individual with a desire to feel better in my own skin. Fueled by a passion for health and wellness and a string of unfortunate health events, I embarked on a quest to uncover the secrets of the human body and the power of proper nutrition. Little did I know, this quest would lead me down a path of discovery, growth, and ultimately, fulfillment.

Armed with an insatiable hunger for knowledge, I delved deep into the realms of exercise science, nutrition, and behavior change. From the hallowed halls of academia to the trenches of real-world experience, I honed my skills and expertise, mastering the art of sculpting bodies and transforming lives. With certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, and a plethora of other specialized areas, I stand poised and ready to empower you to reach your maximum capability.
